The Club Price is a subsidiary of Texas Jasmine, a renowned wholesale set up in Houston. Their idea was to offer individual chocolates in the easy convenience of shopping online. E-Tailing did a thorough study of the industry, competition, and opportunity. Based on that E-Tailing made a short term and long term plan with different KPI with a string attached to it ranging from traffic to sales to the abandoned shopping cart and more.
Based on the Market and Competitor Analysis report, E-Tailing launched the concept store. Initial 3 months were obviously quite hectic as the strategy got to bring to the ground with all technology, apps, reporting, and more. After 3 months, the E-Tailing made a rough business model to manage business, process, and customer, and eventually, the business hit the $15,000 mark on the 6th month
There were many other achievements made during these 6 months which ranging from Digital Branding, Influential campaign, customer journey, customer experience, and much more. .Since it was a concept store to test the ideas, E-Tailing made several changes in real-time to achieve the sales and customer numbers through different approaches and offerings.
